Minus23 is an EBU R128 compliant loudness batch processor.
It's a basic Applet that uses the R128Gain & SoX libraries under open source licensing (GPL)
Simply run the app and locate the directory containing the audio files you wish to process. The app will then run the analysis and adjust the levels as needed. The Terminal window will open showing you the progress. Once the process is done you can quit Terminal [cmd + Q]
Browse to the directory and you find two folders, one containing the original files and another containing the processed (normalized) files. There will also be a text file containing the results.

*Multichannel Test: 164 Channels!!!
Tested up to 164 channels
Input File : '_mcha.aif'
Channels : 164
Sample Rate : 44100
Precision : 16-bit
Duration : 00:00:55.83 = 2462147 samples = 4187.32 CDDA sectors
File Size : 808M
Bit Rate : 116M
Sample Encoding: 16-bit Signed Integer PCM
Comment : 'Processed by SoX'
**Metdata is not currently supported by the used SoX library. This library is used for the audio processing and
the additional header chunks are omitted as SoX treats BWAV files like normal WAV files.
Workarounds are being investigated as it would be ideal to retain all BWAV metadata.
